On Thursday 21 April Porsche Centre Leicester was delighted to welcome over 300 guests for the unveiling of the new Porsche 718 Boxster. It was great to see some familiar faces and welcome some new friends to the Centre.
Angus Fitton, Head of PR for Porsche Cars Great Britain and Richard Grout, Centre Principal for Porsche Centre Leicester presented the new 718 Boxster to the crowd, revealing three different models in the showroom. The enthusiastic reception the car received reflected the positive press reaction the new 718 Boxster has enjoyed, AutoExpress declaring: “Porsche has hit the bullseye once again...the new Boxster is one of the most desirable roadsters money can buy.”
Guests were treated to entertainment courtesy of the brilliant four-piece band Poker Face, with drinks and canapés served throughout the evening. Guests also enjoyed a unique display of Porsche cars, including our Porsche 968 Club Sport restoration project, which caused quite a stir with its newly refurbished engine on display alongside the restored bodyshell.
Photos from the night can be viewed on our Facebook page.
If you were unable to join us on the night, we would be delighted to offer you the chance to experience the new 718 Boxster for yourself. Please call us on 0116 367 8871 or email info@porscheleicester.co.uk to book a demonstration drive.
