As you will be aware, on Saturday the UK Government announced plans for a new four-week restriction in England as part of the national effort to decrease COVID-19 case numbers, effective from Thursday 5 November until Wednesday 2 December.
The Government is allowing non-essential retail to operate Click and Collect or home delivery services. Therefore, we remain open for click and collect and our team remain available to assist with any sales enquiries remotely, either by telephone or by email.
I am pleased to inform you that our Service and Parts department will continue to operate as an essential service. If you have a current booking in place for November, please be advised that this will remain as planned. As we have demonstrated over the past few months, extra measures remain in place at our Centre to ensure we follow Government guidelines. Some of these measures include operating on an appointment only basis for all service bookings and increasing levels of PPE for staff and customers.
As a business we have learned a great deal since 23 March and I am confident that we are able to continue to support our customers, whilst ensuring your safety remains our priority.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
